According to a previous announcement from the IOC, the following suggestion from the Greek OC was accepted:
The parade will start with a previous Greek Olympic Champion carrying the Greek flag accompanied by 4 other previous Olympic medallists (well, I know there aren't too many...) and then the full Greek team will close the parade at the end.
