Bolt main focus is to return to Jamaica healthy. 19.70 to 19.75 should be respectable enough to do the Job here. Sub 19.65 would be incredible again so soon after that run where he left everything on the track in beijing.

      Bolt: 19,63
Hard act to follow in being in Powell:s shadow on a specific day, but he took care of business.

It:s annoying, but how much time did he lose in three strides?

I just love to watch this guy. he is SO in a league of his own. Caught the guy to his right in 5-6 strides, eased up 15m out, easily worth 19.5 if he'd gone full bore, but then why bother!!

And that guy to his right was Crawford!!!

Impressive again by Bolt, how long did it take him to eat up the stagger on Crawford? 20 meters?????

Seeing someone go away fast from the lane inside you after just 30 metres will do that to you!

Well at least we got the Olympic finish correct this time!!! No lane violations.

About 15 meters although that was also because Crawford had a very poor start and race.
