MTSU's Dean Hayes into hall of fame?

I wonder, which hall of fame is this? Needless to say, Coach Hayes deserves richly to be enshrined into the best track and field hall of fame we have to offer in the United States. Dean is a track and field hero, who by himself, has saved the Blue Raider program from extinction, while making MTSU a very fine track and field program, with very little money to work with. Please, can we recognize someone who, despite not winning national team titles, has at least brought much honor to our sport?
