Olympic silver medallist Allyson Felix takes us through her numerous activities and how she enjoys time off the track back home in Los Angeles.
“Greetings
“My feelings haven't really changed about my experience at the Olympics. I'm still disappointed with the way everything turned out but I have been able to put it into perspective.
“I think 2009 will be a very different year for me. I have to wait four more years to accomplish my ultimate goal so in the meantime I'm exploring what my focus will be until then.
“I'm seriously considering concentrating on the longer sprints this year but I have not made any final decisions.
“I am taking a break from training and will start again in early November. The time is going fast but I do feel like I'm beginning to get in the mindset of preparing for next year.

Would be a good decision if she decideds to focus on the 200/400 instead of 100/200 and sometimes 400. The w400 have been a weak event this season, also compared to the 100 and 200 and she has shown fantastic potential there.
