The current issue of T&FN has Christine Babcock's 4:33.82 1600 converting to a 4:35.41 mile and Jordan Hasay's 4:14.50 1500 converting to a 4:38.06 mile. The online converter I've been using ( http://www.milesplit.us/calc ) agrees with the Babcock conversion, but has Hasay's 1500 converting to a 4:34.78, good for the best all-time for the combined 15/16/mile. Is the online calc that far off, or was there an error down in Mountain View??

Babcock 4:33.82 = 4:35.41'
Hasay 4:14.50 = 4:34.86'
The T&FN conv is off by their standards. The on-line calc is in the ballpark.

Originally posted by MarlowThe BGB conversion is 1.0058, 1600 to Mile, and 1.08 1500 to Mile so that would make the times
Babcock 4:33.82 = 4:35.41'
Hasay 4:14.50 = 4:34.86'
