The Visa Championship Series schedule is currently on the USATF web site.

The VCS meets have always been televised and I presume they will be in 2009 as well.

also, check universal sports channel...

they don't have it up yet, but i suspect some track finds it's way on..

perhaps the usa XC champs on feb 7??
