I'm trying to think back to a time when I can recall one stadium having four meets of that caliber in one year.

(as to buying season tickets; that's something we used to do back in the '70s and '80s to ensure good seats, but it was a lot cheaper then than now)

Not quite equal to the meets Oregon is hosting this year, but in 2003, Stanford hosted:
Cardinal Invitational
Oracle Open (or whatever the GP meet was called that year)
NCAA West Region
USATF Champs
