Starting time: 9:00 a.m. for men, women to follow
Warm-ups: will start at 8:00 a.m.

(30 miles southwest of Downtown Chicago)
(field house south end of school)
Cost: $10 per athlete (day of event)
Track surface: New 179m Mondo track
Spikes: ΒΌ inch pyramids only, they will be checked
Use tape only on the track no chalk
No food or drinks in field house other than water for the athletes
