2009 Drake or Penn?

I suspect a Drake fan would enjoy Penn more than a Penn fan would enjoy Drake (or any other meet on the planet---Penn's not a track meet). (and that's not an insult)

I believe it is appropriately called The Penn Relay Carnival..I have been to a gazillion meets at a jillion venues, many have better or equal competition and nearly all have better physical facilites but none can duplicate the atmosphere.. or whatever it is Penn has... If you are a track fan, Penn should be on your Bucket List.

As I said before, I've never been to Penn. But that is an insightful comment that I would agree with. I have thought about heading east to Penn sometime but never seriously. I really like DM and the DR.
