    Mara must surely be capable of a 2:22-2:23 time in London now. I feel as though she's been capable of it for a few seasons. She was on this pace for about 30km at the FLM in 2006 and she ran 2:25 at the FLM in 2007, despite running without a pacemaker (or anyone) for nearly all of the race in blistering temperatures.

    Yamauchi wins Marugame Half Marathon

    Mara Yamauchi won today's Marugame Half Marathon in a PB of 68:29. She now moves into the top 50 all time.

    Kenya's Mekubo Mogusu won the men's race in 60:37.
