    she did exactly the same in the heats by clattering the first hurdle, but luckily she regained her balance that time, obviously not so lucky in the final!

    Shamar Sands is awesome. He's racing VERY often, yet running consistently blistering times.

    Petyluk looked supreme in the 600m. Thought the 400m runners had dropped her but after they tired up, she turned the screw.

    Sturrup, now 37 years old, just equalled the 60m WL with a time of 7.17 - her fastest time in nine years :shock:

    Anyone know who her coach is now? I presume Trevor Graham no longer coaches her?
