A few interesting choices for the selectors this week, for sure.

Does anyone know the rules for 4x400m entry for the Euro Indoors? I'm hoping we put a team forward - though I would expect a few dodgy team selections. I could see a team of Donna, Maz, Kelly S plus A N Other (Jen Meadows, Kim Wall or Vicky Barr - hell even Joice if she goes in the 200m!) getting a silver behind the Russians

GBR should be in, if they want to be.

Dreadful times in women's 60 meters, looks like something you'd expect from a youth meet. Speaking of youth, too bad 15 year old Jodie Williams didn't show up, she might well have won.

Stupidly, the England Athletics U20/U17/U15 Championships were held the same weekend.

How did young Ms. Williams perform?

                Won easily with 7.53.

Is this a disappointing result from a British perspective? Perhaps it is better to stop oberving such a promising youngster and just let her develop without the microscope.
