1. Ismael SUD 1:44.75 WL NR no.4 all-time
2. Lalang KEN 1:45.15
3. Bungei KEN 1:45.91

Lalang's mark is quite impressive - seems to be continuing to step up.

9'06 converts to ~ 8'25 ( just outside her 8'23wr ) with 1.08

amazing thing is her actual split was only 8'33 - she musta really put in a huge burst in that last lap !
