    Yes, and he will get better at starting/accelerating. Also, what would his stand-alone marks look like. The deca does not have much effect on the 100 (since it is at the beginning, but the last-event 1500 is typically well below the potential of a rested athlete.

    Awesome performance!! I hope he doesn't rush to improve his throws at his running and jumping expense.

    I'm a little sad selfishly because I was hoping to funnel enough kids through my decathlon club to eventually coach the next HS record holder.
