        Did not watch it but I have a hazy memory of a Batman episode in which Batman and Robin run a mile (through a tunnel I think) in 4 minutes. Then they need to do either a 3 minute or a 3:30 mile the other way to foil a villain but they fail by a couple second. And it was in the mid-1960's! :roll:

          A day or two ago, I watched about 45 minutes of that Jan-Michael Vincent movie, "The World's Greatest Athlete," in which a Tarzan-like guy attempts to win every event at a major collegiate track meet. It's remarkably realistic.........
