The 16:15.70 was in a 4xMile race, not in a 4x1600m race.

Yes, I knew that. I didn't want to fool with subtractions and such from that Penn victory a few years back (Stember anchored). I listed it for simplicity, but for clarity, I should have put a "y" behind as I usually do when separating m/y.
