Yes.

Three of four has been done several times since the women's 4x2 was added in 1988.

2006, LSU (Texas w4x1)
1997, LSU (Texas A&M m4x1)
1995, LSU (North Carolina m4x2)
1992, LSU (Florida m4x2)

I'm asking if the same team, meaning Men and Women, ie all 4 relays (M4X1, M4X2, W4X1, and W4X2)

I still believe this was the first time it was done by the same school on both sides...

Too much shorthand.

In 2006, LSU won three of the four, with Texas winning the women's 4x1. This was the most recent of four similar occurrences, with the other triples being won in 1997, 1995 and 1992, all by LSU.
