Note that Isinbayeva actually broke the WR twice, jumping 4.81 before clearing 4.83. The IAAF story doesn't quite make sense in that it says that Feofanova missed at 4.82, but that would mean she passed at WR 4.81, which I can't imagine her doing.

They probably all realize that there's 5 women who can break the still soft WR, so the plan is to strike while the iron is hot. 16' very soon - 5m is doable this year (I bet oldvaulter it would happen).
