    What do you think?
Wow my man you sure kno how to post constructive threads on this board, got to give it to you. Seems I touched a nerve that got you "sensitive' towards me.[/quote:rxqovxg9]

    Just to clarify...

When you called me "dumb, stupid and a numbskull" well...I didnt exactly process those as terms of endearment.

    Maybe I should have. :?

But I consider cursing-particularly on a message board- a bit prepubescent. Hence my response.

    At any rate I digress.

I actually did comment on Khadevis' 1:45.xx but I dont remember if it was here or on Sprintzone.

    Homeboy was reppin' Cowtown.

    I apologize. ops:

No offense was meant by the term "jokers." It could be taken as quasi term of endearment depending on one's perspective and the context.

I was surprised when you started cursing and calling me names because I wasn't intending to be offensive.

God knows I LOVE Jamaica, its people and meant absolutely no disrespect.

My second favorite team and group of athletes wear the green black and yellow.

Did anyone notice there were a couple of decent 800s at this meet? KD 1:45.67. Four women under 2:03.

This race was sanya's to lose; its almost like like she wanted to lose too. She needs to get her head together cause this race seemed very confusing from her. But not to take any credit from Novlene, who completely destroyed sanya in the last 100m. Sanya had no more fight left in her.

She seems to be the queen of choking now.
How can you possibly choke in May ?
She wanted to win that one you should watch the race, i don't consider choking messing up at the wrong time. I consider choking when you fall short of what you expect or what is expected. Just watch the race first.
    Ya think? :?

Pretty sure she wants to win them all.

    Just like everyone else.

    She left...okay?

    Let...it...go.
whoa whoa, i am not one the "anti sanya richards because she left Jamaica" people
    Sure you are.

    It's been 12 years.

    Get over it.

There's a common theme on this board from certain JA posters and its all because she left.

    Well...

    So did some of you.

"It's just that when you left...

    No one cared.

She was looking real phat yesterday. She sure was a sight for sore eyes.

Dont, kno if that will help her on the track though. I hope she eventually makes the US team this trip. Seems one of the few US athletes with the fighting mentality.
    Jamaica has it all.

A fighting Spirit does not always translate to winning or dominance. That's the whole story of the little engine that could all over again, only the little engine did what it set out to do for at least once in its life. And that my friend ,is the force that makes sports worth watching and drives competition.

Besides we "don't have it all" but we have one less numbskull by you not being a resident so we are atleast one person closer to having all the sensible people in the world.[/quote:2lrcp3cy]

    My aren't you sensitive?

And now you're disparaging and denigrating me with name calling?

    Hmmp :?

Tsk tsk... I'm disappointed in you Hank.

In an effort to associate you with class, I gave you the benefit of the doubt in that maybe you had some.

    Er...my bad (again).

    And all because I said....

    Jokers win ONE track....

    :?

Jokers win ONE track meet (Beijing).

ONE meet...and now...they all that.

Wait...JA didnt win the meet. They won a couple of races.

    My bad.

So now the US only has a few athletes with a fighting mentality?

Well course we couldn't have much.

    Jamaica has it all.
    CHOOSE YOUR BATTLES WISELY MAN!!

I'LL RIDICULE YOU TO DEATH ON THIS BOARD.

That aside..you seem to have great probems in comprehension, my statement was directed on highlighting the fighting american spirit of old which drove domanating performances from great world beater sprinters in the US. This spirit has been missing since Osaka I would say and totally manifested in Beijing save for Tyson and Lauren, majority ovf that team needed to have shown some fight and pride for the red white and blue.

The main point is, the US athletes have managed to make JA be the cocky ones. That would not have happended under Devers', Green's, Thorence, Johnson, or Lewis' watch. Compared to these guys, those in beijing were court jesters (and you the main show for defending them), so there you see where "jokers' lay.

Individually, the US marquee never gave it their personal bests, (ie. Sanya, Jeremy, Lauren, Edwards, Jones, Hoffa were way below their potentials and I'm just upset) and caused a collective JOKERNESS.

Get your stupid ass up and read a book or something before you start throwing insults. your bigotry is seeping through the seams..

You definately need to get to a place in your mind where you can snuff out a compliment when one is being given....so disappointing how dumb you get.[/quote:3kwtpe17]

    Who are you talking to?!?

    Me?!?

I want to be sure before I put you in check.

Don't want child abuse charges on my record.

Just can't understand the apparent anti-Sonya vibe from so-called Jamaican fans. The young lady has a right do what she wants. I'd prefer her running for the US than running for Jamaica with a heavy heart wishing had kept a US citizenship like so many other so called Jamaican fans have to their names. They need to just hp off her and let her be.

Besides, we all kno that she would gett he cold shoulder if she had signed on to be a Jamaican runner living and based overseas who was not locally baptised. I can tell that the same fans and team mates would just talk around and over her letting her feel uncomfortable.
