Wind gauges in central or western Oklahoma are a complete waste of money. There are not 10 days a year with less than 5mps winds. It is just a fact of life there that all performances are going to be wind aided.
It doesn't mean the kids are not fast. You don't need a wind gauge to know that James Trapp, Jason Rouser, and David Oaks could run.

Interesting that dyestat took the two OK kids off their top-100 list and, even in the bio file linked in the original post, there is now no mention of this past weekend's regionals, in which they supposedly both ran 10.1x
However, they do still have 3 guys from Texas, all competing at the same early-season meet, all with fabulous times, and all NWI. Goodwin certainly has some credentials, but it would sure be nice if these track meets could use the proper equipment.
