any bets on the number of schools dropping PV after that judgment?

I am betting that there will be a very significant impact on how the event is administered and even allowed going forward.

Just depends on how much it raises everyone's insurance rates. It has the potential to be significant.

It will have a direct impact on USATF's insurance rates since they are the ones that lost the lawsuit and their underwriter is on the hook for this $6 million.

This is the "NEW" America. No one is responsible for their actions. It is someone elses fault. There are daily flights to New Zealand and Australia.

I'd be in NZ in a heartbeat, but like all men, I only have 49% of the family vote. Mrs. 51% happens to be in love with Yosemite. Sigh.

New America, old America. Who paid for Brian Sternberg's expenses after he crashed and paralyzed himself on a trampoline in the 60s?
