Anybody know what happened to the series of articles about Justin Gatlin and Trevor Graham that were posted on the Universal Sports site? The entire series seems to have been deleted. There are links to these articles on the hompages of both trackandfieldnews.com and letsrun.com. When you click on the links for any of these articles it goes to a blank page. Poof and they are all gone. Any ideas?

I read one linked on letsrun yesterday. There was nothing I remember which could have possible liability concerns, it was mainly his opinions about Bolt, Gay and Powell. Don't think they even mentioned drugs.
However, why would they choose to feature an article about Gatlin? It baffled me that anyone at Universal thought it would helpful to get the opinion of a disgraced Olympic champion who played a significant role in tarnishing the sport. Perhaps they had second thoughts?

I read one the articles about Trevor Graham and it was almost as though Universal Sports was attempting to rehabilitate his public image for some reason. It seems that Gatlin may return to the track at the end of next season, but I wonder if Graham is of the opinion that he is going to coach again someday as well. Why would Universal give Graham a high profile platform to promote what seem to be lies? He is still in denial much like Marion Jones. It just doesn't make sense. They posted this rather large series of articles and then poof, they are all gone with no explanation.

I read them all the other day.
I think there were about 4 or 5 articles/Q&A total.
Juicy.
There were the same accusations leveled again towards Whetstine (the physical therapist), so maybe that affected their removal from the site.
I do know that Whetstine wasnt happy at all about the articles because he posted his opinion of them on another message board. He thought the guy (Ungrady, I believe is his name) who wrote the articles wasnt credible and that Gatlin wasnt taking responsibility for his own actions. In the past it was Graham accusing Whetstine but now it seems Gat thinks he's involved too according to the articles.
Gat seems to now hold Graham responsible to some extent as well and hasnt spoken to him in some time. The fool has said...there is no God. Psa 14
