  • Best running bra?

I'm getting back into running but find my middle-age man boobs make it very uncomfortable.

Any suggestions as to a good running bra for men?

    Thanks!

Bench press, flies, dips and pushups might help.

Doesn't this belong more on Runner's World?

I'm afraid there's not much out there on the market for the transvestite runner. I'm afraid toning and weight loss is your only option. However, I do recommend the use of vaseline and plasters if you should experience chafing.

If builders shout remarks complementing your moobs as you run past building sites, asking you to "get 'em out for the lads" (or the equivalent US expression) I recommend giving them the finger.

Someone needs a hug. BTW, every bit of it is true: I haven't run much in the past year, I am middle-aged, and I have some excess tissue on my torso.

              Nothing is misleading.

Banned? Are you saying a question such as mine dealing with a personal clothing/outfitting issue shouldn't be in the Current Events section or perhaps even in the message board itself?

Beg to differ: Straight from the horse's mouth, my question is fine.

Since I'm over 50 it has to be a GRAND-masterectomy.

I'd be afraid some of those wacky, still-in-the-closet bricklayers would take me up on the offer.

I think I've made my point for the evening, hopefully with humor (a key component of parody is sarcasm, please remember) and we all had some fun. Thanks to all the above for going along.
