Järvenpää has been scratched, but that was expected. (He's recovering from tearing ankle ligaments in a mid-winter floorball game - shades of Heino Puuste '83 - and had announced multiple times he'll open at Berlin GL.)

Slightly (but not much) more surprisingly Bayer is another scratch...

the hengelo fanny blankers koen meet has put up its prelinary startlist on the meets website. great fields, and interesting k. bekele will run the 1500 in a field that includes asbel kiprop.
