I started to post the question "Why would any 400m runner in his right mind want to switch to USA affiliation?" And then I thought about it. While he will have a much easier time making World and Olympic teams running for GBR, if he can make the USA team, he will have a much better chance of a medal, even a gold one, because of the relay.

He ran outdoors on five different weekends, including two multi-day meets in April (ACC and Penn). Can you do that if you're running spring football?

Jacoby Ford set a PB in winning the 100m in 10,04 (+0,9). Murielle Ahoure took another chunk of change off her 100m PB, winning in 11,09 after an 11,14 PB yesterday.
Clemson (38,78) over Florida (39,03), with SC third (39,13).
Florida St (43,64) wins a close one over SC (43,65).
