Yay, nice to see Tim Benjamin winning a race - before he gets his next injury.

Interestingly he won at this same comp in 2007 with exactly the same time (45.80). That season he went on to improve to 45.28. He may never approach his form of 2005 again, but he'll be a welcome part of the 4x4 team, along with Bingham, Rooney and Steele.

Idowu 17.60m - this time with a legal wind

His past two competitions (17.60w and 17.60) are his best ever jumps outside of championship finals. Arguably it's his best ever start to a season (or at the least on a par with last year), but will his form be good enough to beat three in-form Cubans and Evora in Berlin? Certainly, Idowu has plenty of motivation after last year!
