I wonder what is wrong with Clement.

First he runs at least a full second slower than he should in the open 400 last week, and now he fades in the 400h today.

Did he get injured in practice or something, wtf?

No need to wonder, same old problem, chopping his steps. He doesn't seem confident in his steps right now, he has to be dedicated to the number of steps he's using and be confident in that.
