Suspect Lewis or Powell won most of them.

        Lewis 8.72A (2) Sestriere 31Jul 94
        Joe Greene 8.66A (2) 21 Jul 92
        Kareem Street-Thompson 8.64 (2) NCAA 18 Jun 94
        Conley 8.63 (2) TAC 20 Jun 86

        There are probably others.
To answer "who won?" question we turn to pela's site and the following are found:
        Sestriere 31Jul 94 8.95A (+3.9) Mike Powell
        vs Lewis 8.72A(+3.9), 8.68A, 8.51A, 8.43A (all windy) and 8.66A (legal)
I could find no more Powell marks from that meet

        Sestriere 21 Jul 92 8.99A (+4.4) Mike Powell
        vs Greene 8.66A (+4.0)
        Powell backs up with 8.85A (+3.8), 8.84A (+4.0), 8.80A (+3.0), 8.75A (+3.4), 8.65A (+3.7)
        Greene with 8.65A, 8.34A

        NCAA Knoxville 18 Jun 94 8.68 (+4.1) Powell
        vs Street-Thompson 8.64 (+3.5)
Powell backs up with legal 8.51

        TAC Eugene 20 Jun 86 8.67(+3.3) Lewis
        vs Conley 8.63 (+3.9)
