The fact that there are only three seniors in this race bodes well for the future of this event.

Regarding the big picture I'll be watching Beard and McCorory closely as others will this weekend.

      Stay healthy young ladies!

There are more than three seniors in the race. The T&FN predicted top 10 is not everyone in the race.

I am a huge fan of Fran Mc...i have watched her run since she was a freshman in HS...folks still doubting her even though she proved she can compete w/the big doggettes .....I think there is still doubt about HBCUs producing quality talent....IMO.

Those who think that way must have forgotten that she was a high school hotshot that other schools wanted.Tenn,Texas,U.C.L.A hey don't sleep on fellow MEAC runner Spruiel from A&T even though she lost to McCorory in the MEAC championships it wasn't by much!!!!!!!

Fran is gonna squash those thoughts come the finals. She is running easy til she get's to the finals. She will not run faster than she needs. I saw Beard and Cole both ran 51x races in the prelims, with the semi's and finals to come, it will be interesting to see how they fare.

I saw that...Fran knows how to run when it counts....it's like at the nike indoor nationals...in the heats she ran 54.xx but damn in the finals...51.93 NOBODY saw that coming so i think in the finals she will def run to get the win and set a good time...had her and beard been in the same heat for indoors it would've been faster.....but she did run 51.55 by herself.

I wont' go that far to say low 50 point but I think she gotta 50 point in her...but then again crazier things have happened....

I am shocked that T&FN got her finishing 3rd after being the NCAA champion for indoors.
