Does anyone have a vid of Ahmad Rashad's 100m race from pac 10 champs or his 100m race at regionals?

I didn't get to see him run the 100m at the ucla-usc dual meet, because he got disqualified for false starting, but I really wanted to see how he looked in the 100 this year, cuz of how fast he looked last year in the 4x100 relay against UCLA.

I'm actually a UCLA guy, not a USC guy, but I still would like to see how he looked in either the pac-10 champs or west regionals this year.

If anyone could point me to a vid of either of those races, that would be great, thanks.

Yes Rashad won the Pac-10 with a time of 10.13 he'll be a big factor in the 100m finals.

10-flat in an NCAA prelim. That must be a record? Three performances under 10.10, too.

omigoodness no! (in terms of y our question about "prelims"): most of the meet's fast times have been non-finals (but that's the fastest heat ever):

                          100 METERS
                          9.92 Ato Boldon (UCLA) 96
                          9.93 Walter Dix (FlSt) 07
                          9.97 Olapade Adeniken (UTEP) 92(sf)
                          9.98 Leonard Myles-Mills (BYU) 99
                          Coby Miller (Aub) 00 (sf)
                          9.99 Bernard Williams (Fl) 00(sf)
10.01 Leroy Burrell (Hous) 90 (sf)
10.02 Trindon Holliday (LSU) 07 (sf)

If/when Trindon starts focusing 100% on T&F, he's going to be very, very good. And when he gets to the point where he's well under 10, I'd really like to see a race with him (5' 3" tall) lined up next to Bolt (6' 5" tall)...

Let's say they both run a 9.8 in the same race side by side; how many steps does each take?
