SBT certainly has got the peaking sorted out.

Looking forward to her hitting something big at the worlds.

Nice effort by Jelmini in 7th, near her recent HSR of 190.

and she probably now earns a spot in the U.S. Rankings... not many preps do that in any event, let alone a technical one like this

                  dj writing on trig's machine:

I think the only prep who could challenge Jelmini with a U.S. Ranking of top-8 finish here would be Marquise Goodwin in the mLJ.

unless one wants to think of Will Clay as "really" still a prep!

(gh posting from his own machine now that he kicked trig out of his room)

How is our HS JT Hannah doing these days. Did she make the top-10 list at 14; will she make it by 18 [was there an injury?]?

Torn ACL this year. Finished 5th at Nike Outdoor Nationals last weekend.

Trafton was obvious, between Breisch, Pierson, Powell and Thurmond was not easy to pick. For WC Trafton is a candidate to medal.

Well, saying that the an uninjured Olympic Gold medalist with the year's leading mark is a candidate for a medal is a not really going out on much of a limb (as in, still on the tree trunk  ).

Yes, the real question was the other members of the team; however, it WAS her first title, including last year when she was World #1/OG Gold.

For some people Trafton gold on OG was a "lucky" day (I was one of them). This year Trafton confirm she is one of bests DThrowers. I have no doubts she is a candidate to medal, but I don´t think she is the clear favorite besides she is the world leader.
