I didn't get to see Karjuan Williams 1:46.06 race, anyone have a video of it or can tell how he ran this race?

He's been off the map for a while but that's a huge PR! Who is he training with now?

    Thanks

Will HISTORY repeat itself and KD on the outside looking in? How far has Wheating come in a year? Can SC capture lightning in a bottle again? Can Symmonds step it up this year in the Big Tanz?

Wow, that's unfortunate. I guess that hamstring or leg issue is hurting him more than what was reported.

The thing is, Robinson is one of only 3 guys in the field with the A standard. He could thus make the team even if he doesn't finish in the top 3.

No one thinks Lagat can break into the top three? He always seems to have a pretty good kick in the 1500m, why not here?

While it is true that Hernandez's scratch leaves only three guys with the "A" standard of 1:45.40 beginning on January 1, 2008, two "As" and one "B" are allowed under rules change of 2007. About 12 guys have the 1:46.60 "B" standard.

He spends a considerable amount of time training on grass, up hills and on the roads, with a day a week catered to track workouts. I don't believe any amount of non-specific training will enable him to run as fast as he needs to over four-consecutive 200m segments to break into the top-three (if the pace and resulting times are like they were at OT).
