Anyway...these nationals should be really interesting.
Ferguson V Sturrup should be good, but more than that, I'm eager to see how Nivea Smith (23.1 last year) and Shenniqua Ferguson (WJC bronze 11.4) have come on....and therefore, what the Bahamian women could do in the relay.
The men's 400m boasts some of the best guys in the world. Nathaniel McKinney split a sub 45 on the 1st leg in the World champs 05 and I've been waiting ever since for him to break through. This year he faces Bain, Brown, Letroy Williams, Andrae Williams all sub 45.....with Ramon and Mathieu not far behind. Should be a good one.
