hey i am a VCB fan but you guys have to remember her training was hampered this season.. her last 100 was 11.04 and her 200 22:58 .. i suspect she'll be running at her best come berlin. but right now dont see her beating 10.92 -1.5 kerron who ran 21.99 last yr at the trails.. if she does beat her id have to be there for that one ( good thing i already have my ticket *wink*)..

If he was really truly honestly jogging a 9.86 into a headwind, that's pretty disgusting-fast.

I beg to disagree. VC will be fine tomorrow. She is well rested and has been training well the past few weeks.

Both Bolt and Asafa shut down.. Asafa shut down a little earlier though.. Asafa came out good then Bolt drew him in.. he was then on Bolt's shoulder up to about 75m then they both shut down.

You see Keron Stewart's time? That is not her "real" time.. she and a few other athletes got left back in the blocks after SAF shot out like a Bullet!

Looks to me like Jamaica is even faster this year than last year, which is pretty insane, considering how fast they were last year.

I can't wait to watch these faces on youtube.

Do you know which youtube accounts typically post videos up the soonest after the races?

I know there are a few dudes out there that usually post races from the Kingston track within about 24 hours of the race, but I can't remember who they are anymore.

Anyway, if you know where to look for vids of these races, please link me to them, I want to see them, thanks

Wow, if that was the race, then even in that terrible video quality I could still see Bolt was barely even trying for the last 20 or 30 meters it looked like.

Yes it is. Usain shutting down and clocking 10.86. Asafa though, was very controlled. His ankle is still not 100 per cent but he was capabale of 10.90 tonight. By Berlin I suspect that he will be ready to run faster; well, if he doesnt manage to hurt himself again.
