I'd take my chances with Lagat at the 5.

Wouldn't Rupp simply want to be Galen?

To tell you the truth, I think Rupp is capable of medaling now.It always comes down to a kick and I think Galen can run a 52 400 off a 27 minute pace.

As the thread starter, would/should we think you have any other thoughts?

Also, Rupp is no King of anything yet until he can do something notable on the world stage. He is a fine runner and looks to be on his way to some great things, but lets not get ahead of ourselves here. Great collegiate runner... YES

Great professional runner....remains to be seen.

I assume you no longer think he should be on the cover of Sports Illustrated then?

Because you think and/or say I'm a troll, maybe your question applies to you, who the hell do you think you are? Again who care's about who the new king in America? If you do, knock yourself out.

What you think about me, man please

How will he remain under the radar then? Put a mask over his face and call him the "unknown runner" or something?
