This vid works on many levels, especially if you know late-fall running weather in the north east. Van Courtland is the historic gold standard course over perhaps all east coast states. Beyond running and Cornell ( great school ) this is a powerful video.

I'm not into XC, but you can't get more 'elemental' in your athletics then a bunch of young men running as fast as they can for as long as they can in the cold and mud! Good stuff.
