Yeah, Isinbaeva has not opened this season like the past; weather? Likely, but she's more vulnerable today than I've seen in a good while. A miss at 4.71m, two at 4.81m. Pyrek still in the game.

The knee is strapped and apparently on her take-off leg (I've never really noticed take-off legs in the PV before!) which does seem to be giving her problems.
It leaves the way clear for Pyrek to give Isi her first defeat in quite a while. -

I was worried for Isenbeyava for a moment.... I don't think she could have made that height in her currrent condition. Glad she won and hopes she gets back to her bext soonComment
