Yes, but she did that after dominating all season on the circuit - it didn't come out of nowhere.

I don't see a clear favorite at the moment, but if I had to call the winner right now, it would probably have to be Demus. But with no super fast times so far this year, a number of women could step up and take it. Apart from those near the top of the season's list, I still wouldn't rule out threats from Jana Rawlinson and Yuliya Pechonkina.

Ato was burying Melaine last week after she lost to Ross-Wms.

I like Demus in Berlin but Melaine aint that far from being on track.

She's not where she was last year I dont think but she'll medal.

I enjoyed that race. Melaine Walker is slowly getting back to her best, although Jesien has her marked.

Yeah, her steps were off as she rounded for home. But, she has been having a bit of a down year so this SB is a good step in the right direction. Quite a few runners had season bests so maybe the wind isn't as big a deal as the commentators are making it.

Expected more from Morosanu after her run in Luzern.

Walker lost her chance of winning when she did that stutter-step before the second-to-last hurdle. It seemed to throw off her momentum.
