Wallace Spearmon?

I guess it could've just been a warmup for the 200.. I'm just hoping that maybe they are thinking about having Spearmon run on the 4x1 prelims. ops:

Also another interesting thing at the meet Lolo Jones ran in the 100M B Race and got first in her heat. I guess she is trying to gain speed back after her injury and still trying to compete.

Lolo speaks at length of trying to rebound this year after having such a great season in 2008 (minus the Olympic hurdle final debacle) and suffering setbacks earlier this year:

It looks as if the relay coach told him he might be running with them at worlds. Today he ran in Luzern in both the 100 and 200.. heres his results

Luzern was on Wednesday.
