Asked again, where and when was this?

No lists (T&FN, Tilastopaja, USATF, IAAF) carry it, and I'm not finding any results links to it.

Just look down the message board and read the title "Wright goes 2:00.40 and Price 2:01.33..." and you will get your results.

Wright and Price only two in the race, Wright getting her Berlin A as well. Pretty impressive stuff under the circumstances.

Thanks. I see it just got posted to the board about 90 minutes earlier than my message, and I'd been going too far back looking for it.

No A standard here - mark needed is 2:00.0. I'm not sure if rules have changed, but I don't know that a race with only 2 people in it would count. I know in the past a minimum number of participants was required. Perhaps all ages ran together and then separated out in results.

Interesting. Wonder if the two "masters" women were in the same race at 2:40+. It lists Sarah Bowman as a dnf. Glorified time trial, don't know what the IAAF would make of it for qualifying purposes. Nice run nonetheless!

Oops, thanks Ruth - I was looking at the B standard.

Guessing Sarah was a rabbit? Also surely JJ wouldn't have run Wright in this race if there were a chance that the IAAF wouldn't accept the results.

He may have anticipated a greater number of finishers.

                              Finishers isn't usually a problem.
