      Farah clearly thought better of an Oslo-style solo push for the UK record and opted for the sure hometown win.

        Sadly, not a very interesting race. Shaheen bit the dust when everyone took off - maybe splitting with Canova was not the best idea for him.

        I, of course, speak from a US perspective :wink: I'm sure some of the British watchers found it more entertaining.

          Just such a shame the conditions were so rubbish, that wind on the home straight has really dented performances across the board.
          I have seen however that it should be hopefully a bit better tomorrow, however dont take my word for it...

          Mo Farah has sub 13 minutes in him, i hope he realises as well that his sprint finish is a weapon and that he trusts it a bit more...
