Isa doesnt look like a contender, from that race.

GET IN!!!!!!!!!!!! Like Demus....a long time coming. Keep it together for Berlin.

                Clement looked third rate.

Never seen so many leading shifts in one race! First B-man then Clement and then B-man again before Van Zyl came back to take it home!
                  47.94 btw...

Well, neither did Clement, but I wouldn't rule him out in Berlin.

Danny McFarlane.....at 37!!!! Nearly PB's from lane 8!! 48.13 one of his alltime best runs too.

                      Culson to 48.2

Watching Clement on the homestretch can be painful...

McFarlane runs 48.13 for third at the age of 37. I'd like him to sneak a medal.

Damn Van Zyl pulled that one out....soooooo what does that run say for Isa? Does that mean he's ran himself to death on the European circuit, or does it mean he had a bad race??? He seemed quite even approaching the bend, but the everyone else just kinda turned it on from then... looked like they drew a second gear
