he was fine as usual untill hurdle 8 he needs to sort his stride pattern out and has he actually learnt to hurdle on both legs yet, i fear the anser is no, untill he does that he will always run hot and cold. talent only get you so far in 400h it's all about technique. if he can't be bothered to learn some then he should stick with the flat
      i deserve extra credit

South Africa always seems to have some great 400 hurdlers, any particular reason for that? Is Llewlyn Herbert still competing, btw?

Kerron Clement has got to be the most under acheiving talent I've ever seen...he could be running under 47, but seems to find a way to not fulfill his potential...disappointing.

Well I guess we can now safely dismiss that ridiculous SWEEP comment. Race now looks like a lottery among about 4 maybe 5 contenders. We can assume that both Isa and Kerron have run their last bad race for the year. Somebodys gonna win on the lean.

I'd love Isa to win but I really see Kerron Clement getting his steps right in the Berlin final

Maybe no sweep, but atleast 2 medals and one being gold.

                    Is that better?
