Another day at the office for him, he uses the least amount of effort over the hurdles and it doesn't detract from his running form when he races, he comes off and still maintains form really well

The beginning of this year.

This was a good race for him too. I'll have to work it out to see if it's his best time when adjusted for conditions. His PB is 13.30 -0.2m/s eleven days ago. This one should work out a little better.
