indeed K.I.R. and other posters, you are correct.

    I was being impatient.

also, the weather/conditions in Monaco helped.

there has been a lot of bad weather at the big meets this year. so, not surprising to see a bunch of PBs and SBs in good conditions leading up to Berlin.

Very happy for Symmonds and Vessey. Thought that Symmonds looked OK in Luzerne, pretty solid in London, so not surprised that he found his legs and dropped a big time in Monaco.

Also, congrats to Lopez Lomong, who had a big PR.

    K. Robinson ran pretty well too. 1.45 mid is good, it's just that was a phenomenol race.

Excellent post ! Athletes need to "re-group" after their Trials, especially under the US system...

started a topic U.S. middle distance runners stepping up!

U.S. middle distance runners stepping up!

I stand corrected on previous posting complaining that U.S. middles distance runners were not doing enough on the European circuit.

    Wow!

Symmonds, Vessey, Lagat, Willard, Manzano looking great.

Congrats to Symmonds and Vessey for PBs today in Monaco.
Working...
