  • Could Baylor's Griffin return to hurdling?

    Eh. Maybe. Maybe not: http://www.statesman.com/sports/content ... notes.html

(Scroll down to where it says "Baylor." This story fleshes out the story linked on the front page of the T&FN site a little more, but not much.)

I am sure he thinks about it...certainly has the talent, but I doubt we'll see it. 2012 will be the year he hopes to go pro and with added size it just won't happen.

I'm not sure added weight means much to a 400m/400mh guy. Angelo Taylor is a pretty big dude, so it Kerron Clement. I doubt Griffin will pack on that much muscle.

We ran a picture of Griffin hurdling when he was still in HS and it looked to me like he had the largest thighs on the planet. Stunning.

this guy has alot of FB talent as a QB. We will see what 2 more years bring to his NFL prospects. Don't think that Clyde doesnt plug him when he sees him at FB games or whatever

I still question if the 400h are his BEST event. After a layoff I'm sure its easier to 400h than 110h though.

I thought the same thing when I saw him in person. I haven't seen thighs like that since Earl Campbell.
