  • Where is Terrence Trammell? Berlin 110 hurdles predictions

Anyone out there know what the news is on Trammell?

    Is he healthy?

Have not seen him in Europe except for the 4 x 100 lead off leg in London.

Is he running any races before Berlin?

Any predictions, for that matter, on Berlin 110's?

Robles, clear favorite, but seems pretty open after that and if Trammell is 100% fit, he can be dangerous as always.

    thanks.

Trammell hasn't run much between nationals and the big one the last couple of years:

Two races before Beijing, 1 before Osaka.

Don't think he has ever been one of those high-volume guys who heads straight to Europe and runs whenever he can get a lane.

Obviously that's something he feels works for him. But do you think he is cheating himself by not getting in a few more races before the big meets?

indeed, it is true that Trammell tends to do only a very limited number of races between Nationals and any major event.

He is a veteran and has been highly successful at major international championships for a long time now (exluding Bejing due to injury in first round).

that said, one would think he'd want to at least get in 1 - 2 races, even low key ones, to make sure he's sharp and he's got this rhythm.

it's hard to hit peak form in the 110's without some racing under one's belt.
