Good winning margin but the time was still disappointing. What is the weather like there?

Not 100%, still dealing her injuries, which no doubt impacts her training and they degree to which she can train.

Sanders keeps winning but she really needs to step up a BIG notch now...

Good point, Speed. Because undoubtedly the area that she most needed to work was impacted from those same limitations.

Yes. I was really hoping for a sub 51 or at least a SB, but it was a good winning margin I suppose. I would have preferred her to be in the A race too.

She probably would agree with you.

I'd think she should be able to step on the track with no training and bust better than 54.3

Started to rain before the pre-program but cleared pretty quickly. Conditions for the women's 100m hurdles were amazing. (1.8ms tails).

It's just turned a little cold and cloudy now though. Just about to start main program.

Not simply a matter of no training, because she is getting some training. There are certainly other variables involved here.

If she wanted to run the A race, why the @#$% wouldn't the meet directors put her in? She's the WC silver medallist, for heaven's sake! This makes no sense to me, unless it was her choice.

She won by a lot, ran an ok time, i hope conditions was bad in the race and effected times a lot.

Either way if she was running these times a month ago I'd be more confident of Sanders doing well at Berlin, I think she might be a little too late this season for a gold medal threat. She still may surprise me. She may be doing lots of heavy training to catch up and still winning and running decent. With a few more weeks of speed work she may be ready........I hope.
