Budapest Trivia

If I'm not mistaken there's only one member of the U.S.'s World Indoor Championships team from Budapest in 1989 who has a chance to make a return trip this year, 15 years later.

Can you name that person? (I can't guarantee this person is actually competing in Boston and is trying to make the team, but he/she is still active)
