In Germany, Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg (rbb Fernsehen) will broadcast live from Cottbus. Perhaps you can find a live stream on the internet somewhere if you're interested?
Broadcast goes from 5:10 to 5:55 pm local time.
Men's 4x100 is scheduled to start at 5:35 pm, women's 800 (with Barringer) at 5:45 pm.
